Overseas / Third Party Orders
We do not currently offer overseas shipping due to prohibitive costs, and will not handle third party shipping or transactions with shipping agents due to the potential for fraud.
Backorders
Any item not in stock at the time your order is received will be backordered. This means that all available items will be shipped right away, while those currently unavailable will be sent to you once we receive them. You will receive an email giving you the choice of cancelling the item, or waiting until the backordered item is available. Payment for all in-stock and backordered items is required at the time of checkout. Orders or items on backorder for more than 30 days will be cancelled.
Special Instructions
You can include any special instructions with your order (such as "large hipbelt with that medium pack" or "tell UPS to leave the package - no signature required" by typing in the comments field during the checkout process. We will contact you using your account telephone number or email address if there are any concerns.
Method of Payment
Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Orders shipped within the United States must use a credit card with a US billing address and issued by a United States bank or credit card company. Orders shipped outside of the United States will only be shipped to the card holders billing address on file with the issuing credit card company. You may also contact us by telephone to place an order during normal store hours.
Sale Merchandise
We occasionally offer merchandise on sale to move out old and overstocked goods, which allows us to make room for the new merchandise we purchase each season. For this reason, all sales on discounted, sale, or closeout merchandise are final. If there is a problem, we may allow returns for exchange or credit only, at our discretion. |
